Join Joe Leydon, professor and columnist as he moderates a conversation with three of our award winning film directors during WorldFest’s 52nd edition during opening weekend.

Kevin Sorbo, director, “Miracle in East Texas”, inspired by a true story of 2 con men, ‘Doc’ Boyd (Kevin Sorbo) and ‘Dad’ (John Ratzenberger) who work their way through Texas in the 1930’s evoking wildcatter days of Spindletop and beyond.

Richard Krevolin, directed World premier film ‘Attachments’ a story of an IT Nerd and a widowed grandmother (the inimitable Katherine Ross) who close several age gaps as they learn life lessons and computer protocol from each other.

Steve De Jarnatt, directed the film “Miracle Mile” a retrospective which was Joe Leydon’s Critic’s Choice for WorldFest’s 1992 Offical Selection Program. This benchmark film that took a tough unflinching look at what nuclear destruction truly meant to the common man. The film deals with the last 70 minutes of a young man’s life as he goes looking for his new love just as nuclear war is about to breakout.
